Tests positive for COVID-19
Haden has tested positive for the coronavirus and will be sidelined for Sunday's regular-season finale versus the Browns and potentially Round 1 of the playoffs as a result, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: The NFL's COVID-19 protocols mandate a player who tests positive must isolate for a minimum of 10 days. Thus, it is hard to see any scenario that Haden will be able to paly Wild Card Weekend unless his positive test came earlier in the week. In his absence, look for MIke Hilton to replace him at cornerback opposite Steven Nelson.

Clear of injury report
Haden (concussion) is not listed on Saturday's injury report and was a full participant in practice, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Analysis: Haden's absence from the injury report serves as confirmation that he's cleared the league's five-step concussion protocol. The veteran cornerback is thus set to draw his usual start against the Bengals on Monday.

Another full practice
Haden (concussion) was a full participant in Friday's practice, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Analysis: Haden has logged back-to-back full practices, indicating that he'll likely be cleared for Monday's game versus the Bengals. The veteran cornerback has given up 452 yards in coverage (6.4 yards per target) through 12 games.

Practices in full
Haden (concussion) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Analysis: While the Steelers haven't yet officially announced that Haden has cleared the concussion protocol, it certainly represents a step in the right direction to see him handling unrestricted practice reps. The starting cornerback still needs to gain full clearance, but it looks like he's trending in the right direction for Sunday's game in Cincinnati.

Hoping to return Week 15
Coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday that he's hopeful Haden (concussion) will return in Monday's game versus the Bengals, Missi Matthews of the Steelers' official site reports.
Analysis: Haden didn't practice at all last week, and a return to the field Thursday would provide him a decent chance to play in Week 15. If he doesn't clear the league's five-step concussion protocol, Mike Hilton and Cameron Sutton should both receive boosts in playing time versus the divisional foe.

Won't play against Buffalo
Haden (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bills, Dale Lolley of DK Pittsburgh Sports reports.
Analysis: Pittsburgh's suddenly beaten up on defense, with both Haden and Robert Spillane (knee) set to join Bud Dupree (knee) on the sideline. While Dupree's injury is season-ending, the other two starters should return at some point, with Haden's next chance to do so coming in Week 15 against the Bengals. Mike Hilton will start at cornerback opposite Steven Nelson in Haden's absence.

Concussion confirmed
Haden suffered a concussion during Monday's loss to Washington, Ray Fittipaldo of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
Analysis: The 31-year-old exited during the second half of Monday's contest, and he's now in the concussion protocol. Haden will need to fully clear the protocol this week to have a chance of suiting up Sunday at Buffalo.

Questionable to return
Haden is considered questionable to return to Monday's game against Washington after potentially suffering a concussion, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Haden will need to pass the team doctor's tests in order to have any chance at returning. If he ultimately does not return, look for Mike Hilton and James Pierre to potentially see increased roles.

Scores touchdown against Baltimore
Haden recorded two tackles, one interception and one touchdown in Wednesday's 19-14 win over the Ravens.
Analysis: Haden was questionable heading into Wednesday's contest while dealing with a knee injury, but he took the field and returned an interception for a touchdown in the first quarter. The 31-year-old now has 44 tackles (38 solo) and two interceptions over the first 11 games of the season.

Available Wednesday
Haden (knee) is active for Wednesday's game against the Ravens, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Haden was initially listed as questionable to suit up versus Baltimore, but it always appeared as though he was on track to play. The veteran cornerback's presence will be invaluable as Pittsburgh's secondary works to shut down Robert Griffin through the air.

Questionable vs. Baltimore
Haden (knee) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Ravens, Chris Adamski of TribLive.com reports.
Analysis: The veteran cornerback progressed to limited practice participation after sitting out to start the week, so he appears on track to play Tuesday. Haden missed only a handful of snaps all season before suffering the injury last week against the Jaguars.

Dealing with knee injury
Haden (knee) was a non-participant at Tuesday's practice.
Analysis: The veteran cornerback was limited to a season-low 37 percent of defensive snaps during Sunday's win over Jacksonville, and he's been unable to practice the first two days of the week. Haden may need to take the field in some capacity Wednesday to have a chance of suiting up Thursday versus the Ravens.

Another interception in victory
Haden recorded one tackle (solo) and had an interception in Pittsburgh's 26-21 win over Denver Sunday.
Analysis: The 11-year veteran recorded his first interception this season -- and the 28th of his career -- returning a Jeff Driskel pass intended for Courtland Sutton 24 yards to the Denver 11. Pittsburgh converted the turnover into a field goal on the ensuing possession for a 17-3 lead. Haden will look to get his first interception against Houston quarterback Deshaun Watson in Week 3.

Causes two more turnovers in loss
Haden had three tackles (all solo), an interception and a fumble recovery in Sunday's 28-10 loss to the Ravens.
Analysis: Showing no lingering effects of his recent foot issues, Haden finished the 2019 season with his fifth interception -- the most since his 2010 rookie season (six). The veteran cornerback tied for fourth in the league in picks, sharing the team lead with Mikah Fitzpatrick while totaling 65 tackles with one forced fumble and one fumble recovery in 16 games. Haden has one year remaining on his current contract.

Ready for Sunday
Haden (foot) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game versus the Ravens.
Analysis: Haden cropped up on the injury report Thursday as a non-participant, but he returned in full Friday to avoid the questionable tag. The veteran cornerback has missed only one snap since the Steelers' Week 7 bye.

Not practicing Thursday
Haden is not participating in Thursday's practice due to a foot injury, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Haden also sat out last Thursday's practice due to a foot injury before ultimately suiting up Week 16 without an injury designation. If he's able to return to full participation in Friday's practice, he'll likely manage to play his usual every-down role in Baltimore on Sunday.

Will play Sunday
Haden (foot) won't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game versus the Jets.
Analysis: Haden didn't practice Thursday due to the foot issue but returned to full participation at Friday's session. The veteran cornerback should work in his usual every-down role Week 16.

Nursing foot injury
Haden did not practice Thursday due to a foot injury, Brooke Pryor of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Haden wasn't listed on Wednesday's injury report, so his foot injury could have been sustained during practice. In the event that Haden were forced to miss any time, Mike Hilton and Artie Burns (illness) would be candidates to start at cornerback across from Steven Nelson.

Two more interceptions
Haden had four tackles (all solo) and two interceptions in Pittsburgh's 23-17 win over Arizona on Sunday.
Analysis: Just as he did the previous week, Haden intercepted a pass in the final minutes to preserve the win for the Steelers. Earlier in the game, his interception ended a drive in Pittsburgh territory to maintain a 13-10 lead. Haden now has four interceptions this season -- all within the past five games -- and the Pittsburgh defense is second in the league with 18 interceptions. Secures victory with interception
Haden recorded two tackles (both solo) and an interception in Pittsburgh's 20-13 win over Cleveland on Sunday.
Analysis: Haden intercepted a Baker Mayfield pass intended for Jarvis Landry at the Pittsburgh 38-yard line to slam the door on Cleveland's attempt to tie the game in the final minutes. It was Haden's second interception this season -- both coming in the last four games -- giving him 24 in his 10-year career. Pittsburgh heads to Arizona in Week 14 to face Kyler Murray, who has thrown just six interceptions this season.

Suiting up versus Browns
Haden (illness) is active for Thursday's divisional tilt against the Browns, Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
Analysis: Haden was initially listed as questionable for Thursday's contest due to an illness, but he's managed a quick recovery. The 30-year-old cornerback stands to play his usual starting role across from Steven Nelson. He'll work to contain quarterback Baker Mayfield, who's gone two consecutive games without throwing an interception.

Expected to play Thursday
Haden (illness) is expected to suit up for Thursday's divisional tilt against the Browns, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Analysis: Haden is officially listed as questionable for Thursday's game against Cleveland, but he appears to be trending toward availability. The 30-year-old wasn't able to practice Wednesday due to an undisclosed illness. If Haden is indeed able to gear up for Thursday Night Football, he'll draw his usual start at cornerback and work to confine Cleveland's aerial attack.

Questionable for TNF
Haden (illness) is considered questionable for Thursday's game against the Browns, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Analysis: Haden popped up on the injury report as a non-participant during Wednesday's practice. The veteran cornerback will need a quick recovery to get healthy enough for the divisional contest. Haden has been solid in coverage this year, allowing 6.8 YPT and just two touchdowns, and the 30-year-old notched his first pick of the year this past Sunday against the Rams. If Haden's unable to go, Artie Burns figures to start behind Steven Nelson and Mike Hilton.

First interception this season
Haden collected seven tackles (six solo) and an interception in Sunday's 17-12 win over the Rams.
Analysis: Haden intercepted a Jared Goff pass intended for Tyler Higbee as the Rams were driving in Pittsburgh territory to open the second half. It was Haden's first pick this season and one of three on the night for the defense. The Pittsburgh secondary will be challenged in Week 11 against the receiving tandem of Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry, but no Cleveland receiver totaled 40 yards the last time these two teams met.
