Sitting out Sunday
Hollins (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Chiefs.
Analysis: Hollins will be a healthy scratch for the second straight playoff game. If the Browns move on to the AFC Championship Game, Hollins likely will face the same fate as long as Jarvis Landry, Rashard Higgins, Donovan Peoples-Jones and KhaDarel Hodge stay healthy.

Among fill-in candidates
Hollins was mentioned as a possible fill-in third wideout for Sunday's playoff game against the Steelers, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Analysis: The Browns will be without KhaDarel Hodge (reserve/COVID-19) while Donovan Peoples-Jones (concussion) is questionable heading into Sunday night's playoff match. Hollins, who was signed off the Vikings' practice squad Dec. 28, was one of the inactives for Week 17's playoff-sealing victory over Pittsburgh. Cleveland head coach Kevin Stefanski also mentioned Marvin Hall and Ja'Marcus Bradley as candidates , while also indicating running back Kareem Hunt could line up at wide receiver.

Signed off practice squad
The Browns signed Hollins off the Vikings' practice squad Monday.
Analysis: Hollins hasn't played yet this year. He suited up in five games for the Vikings as an undrafted rookie in 2019, posting two receptions for 46 yards. With four Browns wide receivers in COVID-19 protocol, Hollins will add depth at the position ahead of a must-win game against the Steelers.

Back in Minnesota
Hollins signed with the Vikings' practice squad Sunday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
Analysis: Hollins was cut by the Vikings on Saturday. He supplied two catches for 46 yards in five games for the club last season. It was reported earlier that the Eastern Illinois product was having an impressive camp, but he'll have to start the 2020 season like he did the 2019 season: on the practice squad for Minnesota.

Hits waiver wire
Hollins was waived Saturday by the Vikings, Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
Analysis: Hollins began 2019 on the practice squad before finishing his campaign with two catches for 46 yards in five regular-season appearances. We'll see if Hollins can make it back to the team's active roster, but it certainly seems as if the Vikings want him back on the practice squad to begin 2020, particularly after a reportedly impressive training camp.

Having impressive training camp
Hollins is having an impressive training camp, as his bulked-up frame has helped him win at the catch point, Arif Hasan of The Athletic reports. He's battling Chad Beebe, Tajae Sharpe and K.J. Osborn for the fourth and fifth spots on the receiver depth chart.
Analysis: With a run-oriented offense and a narrow passing focus the past two seasons, the third and fourth receiver roles on the Vikings have not been very productive. However, the departure of Stefon Diggs could change the mix, especially if 2020 first-round draft pick Justin Jefferson isn't able to hold down a starting job. Hollins could be a candidate to emerge if such a scenario unfolds.
