Proves to be healthy
Foreman totaled 22 carries for 95 yards across six regular-season games in 2020 with the Titans. He added one reception for five yards and a touchdown.
Analysis: Foreman entered the season without a team, but he joined the Titans' practice squad and was elevated to the active roster within a month. Though he was splitting backup reps with Jeremy McNichols, Foreman showed flashes of promise as a runner by ripping off a few carries of more than 10 yards. Most importantly, Foreman proved capable of staying healthy, something he struggled to do after tearing his Achilles and biceps within his first three years in the league. He signed a one-year deal to…read more

Healthy scratch Week 14
Foreman (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
Analysis: The 24-year-old joined the active roster in early November and had 22 carries for 95 yards over the past six games, but he won't be suiting up for Sunday's contest. Jeremy McNichols will serve as the backup to Derrick Henry, and the return of Darrynton Evans from injured reserve should push Foreman even further down the depth chart.

Upgraded Thursday
Foreman (knee) was a full participant during Thursday's practice, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Analysis: Foreman was unable to practice in any capacity Wednesday, so the fact that he was fully cleared is a positive sign for his Week 13 availability. Now that the Texas product appears fully healthy, he's expected to continue to split the reps left behind Derrick Henry with Jeremy McNichols for Sunday's game against Cleveland.

Starts week with missed practice
Foreman (knee) didn't practice Wednesday, Paul Kuharsky of 104.5 The Zone Radio reports.
Analysis: Foreman has been splitting the backfield reps left over behind workhorse Derrick Henry with Jeremy McNichols. If Foreman's knee injury doesn't heal up in time for Sunday's game against the Browns, McNichols would likely see a few extra touches in his change-of-pace role.

Volume rebounds in big win
Foreman carried the ball four times for 28 yards in Week 12 against the Colts.
Analysis: Foreman saw his volume rebound in the Titans' blowout win after receiving only one carry in Week 11. However, he contributed a bit even when the game was close, recording gains of five and 12 yards on a touchdown-scoring drive that put the Titans up 28-14. Foreman continues to split backup duties with Jeremy McNichols.

Only one touch
Foreman rushed the ball one time for one yard in Week 11 against the Ravens.
Analysis: Foreman was the only back to receive a carry besides Derrick Henry in the contest. He was given minimal opportunity, though it is notable that he entered the game ahead of Jeremy McNichols. The backup role behind Henry will become only murkier once Darrynton Evans (hamstring) is able to return to game action.

Finds end zone against Colts
Foreman rushed seven times for 18 yards in Week 10 against the Colts. He added one reception for five yards and a touchdown.
Analysis: Foreman mixed in for snaps in place of Derrick Henry on the team's first offensive possession and was left wide open on a rollout by Ryan Tannehill to tally his score. His next touch was late in the third quarter, and six of his seven carries came with under three minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. Even with the garbage-time work, Jeremy McNichols saw more of the field, logging 17 offensive snaps in comparison to Foreman's nine.

Role increasing
Foreman carried the ball five times for 11 yards in Week 9 against the Bears.
Analysis: Foreman logged five carries for the second consecutive week, this time receiving more work than Jeremy McNichols. It's not entirely clear that Foreman has surpassed McNichols, however, as McNichols was on the field for 29 percent of offensive snaps in contrast to Foreman's 15 percent rate. Also worth considering is that Darrynton Evans (hamstring) is eligible to be activated from injured reserve as early as the team's Week 10 matchup against the Colts and would likely slot back in as the team's…read more

Inks contract with Titans
The Titans signed Foreman to the 53-man roster Saturday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Analysis: Foreman suited up for the Titans in last week's loss to the Bengals and looked quite good, rushing five times for 37 yards. Derrick Henry remains the team's bell cow, but Foreman and Jeremy McNichols should both garner a few reps moving forward. However, it's possible that Foreman's stint on the active roster only lasts as long as Darrynton Evans (hamstring) is on IR.

Slides back to practice squad
Foreman reverted to the Titans' practice squad after making his team debut during Sunday's 31-20 loss to Cincinnati, per the NFL's official transaction log.
Analysis: Foreman was effective in limited usage, collecting 37 yards on five carries over six offensive snaps. Granted, a large portion of that rushing production came on a single 15-yard scamper at the 3:11 mark of the first quarter, but Foreman also contributed gains of six and 11 yards on two of his other carries. Jeremy McNichols showed ability with 49 rushing yards on four attempts of his own, though Foreman may have earned himself another promotion in the near future given his efficiency Sunday.

Makes Titans debut
Foreman carried the ball five times for 37 yards in Week 8 against the Bengals.
Analysis: Foreman finished second on the team with five carries and mixed into drives in every quarter of the game. However, he was still out-snapped, 22-6, by Jeremy McNichols, meaning Foreman is likely the third back on the depth chart for the time being.

Joins 53-man roster
Foreman was elevated from the practice squad ahead of Sunday's game against the Bengals.
Analysis: After Sunday the running back will return to the practice squad. Foreman will give the Titans some extra running back depth behind Derrick Henry and Jeremy McNichols.

Joins Titans' practice squad
Foreman signed with Tennessee's practice squad Monday, Paul Kuharsky of The Midday 180 reports.
Analysis: Foreman will provide some extra running back depth for the Titans franchise. He has appeared in 11 NFL games, all with the Texans, rushing 85 times for 326 yards and two touchdowns.
